By using Tandem at tandemplan.xyz (“the service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Tandem.
Tandem is a customer success planning tool for individual CSMs. It lets you create, manage, and share structured success plans with your customers. Some features use the Claude API (by Anthropic) to generate content.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. You may not create accounts for others without their consent.
You own the content you create in Tandem — plans, outcomes, tasks, notes. You grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your work.
You must not use Tandem to store or process content that violates applicable laws, infringes third-party intellectual property, or constitutes harassment or abuse.
Claude-powered features generate suggestions based on your input. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and taking accountability for any content you send to customers or act upon. Tandem is a tool, not a professional adviser.
Tandem is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers in the future. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before any feature you currently use becomes paid. Core account access and existing plans will remain accessible in a free tier or exportable format.
Tandem is provided for personal and professional use. Reselling access, automated mass usage, or other abuse that affects other users may result in account termination without notice. See our usage limits for current rate limits.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tandem is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for free-tier users, is zero).
You may stop using Tandem at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that abuse the service in ways that affect other users (e.g. automated scraping, attempts to bypass rate limits, bulk account creation). We aim to give notice where practical, but are not required to for serious violations.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our privacy policy.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
